A half Mushroom CSA share which equates to approximately 8-10 ounces of mushrooms per week. Each weeks share will be a mix of at least two mushrooms from the varieties of Oyster, Pioppino, Chestnut, Lion's Mane, Enoki, King Trumpet and Black Pearl King. See Mushroom CSA page for more details.
